• Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable.

Tour Cancellation by Banana Beach Phuket:
• If the trip must be canceled due to weather, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered the choice to rebook on an alternate date.
